Åsljunga Pallen AB's business concept is based on an unbroken production chain from timber
to the finished pallet, which includes that most of the transports are handled and owned by the
company. The turnover amounts to 130 million. SEK with 60 employees. The production consists
primarily of pallets and the production is around 1.2 million units annually.
The single largest product is the EUR-pallet which is manufactured according to the International
Railway Union regulations (DNV, UIL-standard) and is subject to external control
throughout the year. We can produce all types of pallets and wood packaging
depending on customer requirements, all products are heat treated in accordance with ISPM-15.
Åsljunga Pallen can through our own sawmill ensure quality through every stage which we
see as an important part of our service work. All wood that is cut and used in the company
undergo a drying process according to ISPM-15.
In order to offer the right product to the right customer, we use an advanced system with which we
can perform calculations based on the strength and load used by the customer.

Yxenhult Trä AB
At our affiliate Yxenhult Trä we manufactur pallet collars.
Yxenhult Trä has consistently invested in modern equipment and high quality in
manufactured products. Yxenhult Trä is today using automated lines for hinge riveting,
assembly and packing of the finished collars.
The turnover amounts to 12 million SEK with five people employed. We produce
250 000 pallet collars anually, of which 40% is exported.
